The ambience of the hotel was special and the room was spacious with amazing views. the location was stunning, with an expansive public park just a 10-15 minute walk away. the staff took good care of us during our 2-day stay.

I had the most wonderful stay at a beautiful place in a great location. The family room was incredibly comfortable and spacious. It even had a pool table, which was a fun bonus! The room was spotlessly clean and I felt right at home. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The location was perfect, right by the sea shore and within walking distance of some great restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay.

amazingly clean and spacious family room with a pool table inside! stunning balcony views of the sea. the family who runs the place is super friendly - going beyond formalities with warm hospitality. they suggest great restaurants and boat tours, and even book taxis for you. can't forget the delicious breakfast that's like a feast.

As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the variety and quality of the breakfast at Palazzo Banicevic. the spread was incredible, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from. We also enjoyed the stunning views from our room, whether it was the mountain view or the breathtaking sea view. the location was perfect, away from the busy center of town but still within a short distance to the old city. the staff were friendly and accommodating, even driving us to the old town and recommending great nearby restaurants. the facilities and amenities were excellent, including a private pool and a well-equipped gym. We had everything we needed for a fantastic stay.

our second stay in kotor was even better than the first. palazzo banicevic impressed us with their beautiful property, friendly owners, and homemade breakfast. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view from the balcony. we felt truly at home here.

Our stay at Palazzo Banicevic Luxury Rooms was worth every penny. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a stunning terrace that offered fantastic views of the bay. The location in Prcanj was laid-back and perfect for relaxing, with the convenience of a supermarket and several restaurants within walking distance. The Banicevic family treated us like royalty, providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with more variety.

My wife and I stayed at Palazzo Banicevic for a week and it was the best place we've ever stayed. The hosts, Vidak and his family, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The villa itself was stunning, spotlessly clean, and had every comfort feature we could ask for. The location was perfect, with a laid-back atmosphere in Prcanj and the sea just outside the front gate. We already miss our lovely villa and our new friends, the Banicevic family.

We had an incredible stay at this wonderful B&B. the hosts at Palazzo Banicevic Luxury Rooms were exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. the location was stunning, with a beautiful setting beside the water and a peaceful atmosphere. Despite being quiet, there were plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. the spacious and spotlessly clean room offered stunning views from the large balcony. We had access to the entire house, including the pool and gym. the hosts provided constant help, advice, and even gave us lifts when needed. They were especially supportive when we had to take our son to the hospital in the early hours and helped us through a worrying time. the breakfast was a feast, with homemade delights that exceeded our expectations. this was probably the best B&B we have ever stayed in!
